2025 Rates

Early Bird rates run from 17 March 2025 – 31 May 2025

Late rates run from 1 June 2025 - 18 July 2025
*Additional trade delegate rates remain standard

Terms & Conditions

1. Access to the Uro – Onco 2025 Conference will only be confirmed on receipt of proof of payment.
2. Payment is due prior to the start of the conference.
3. Early Bird rates are valid from 17 February until 31 May 2025. Standard rates are valid from 1 June until 18 July 2025.
4. If you choose the ‘EFT’ payment option, an invoice with the conference bank details will be emailed to you along with your confirmation email.
5. Proof of payment to be emailed to Elle Britz, Elle@soafrica.com
6. Please make sure that all payments make clear reference to the delegate being paid for, with their unique invoice number that is found in the top right corner of the invoice e.g. Uro-OncoINV123
7. Registrations are only transferable to delegates who have not yet registered.
8. Delegates attending from countries outside South Africa are requested to make payment in South African Rands (ZAR) and are responsible for covering the full bank charges. The full delegate registration fee amount invoiced must appear in the Uro- Onco 2025 bank account. Should there be a shortfall, the delegate will need to pay the difference by credit card on- site before being allowed to participate in the event.

1. All cancellations must be received in writing to the Registration Co-Ordinator Elle Britz, Elle@soafrica.com
2. Cancellations received between 17 February 2025 and 30 June 2025 will receive a 50% refund of the total issued invoice amount.
3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 01 July 2025.
4. Any registration received after 01 July 2025 will not be entitled to a refund or credit, and such person will be liable for the full registration fee, as above.
5. Refunds due will only be issued two weeks post the conference.
